Send us a photo of you anywhere in the world with your toothbrush and you will have a chance to win a an i-Pad! We mean anywhere....China, Alaska, the beach, the lake, Wal-mart, anywhere!
Three (3) ways to enter:
1. E-mail your photo to: braces@smilesinmotion.com (be sure to put the patient's name in the subject line)
2. Bring in your photo- be sure to write the patient's name on the back.
3. Mail your photo to Photo contest c/o Rogers & Andrews Orthodontics, 3545 Wheeler Road, Augusta, GA 30909. Be sure to write the patient's name on the back of the photo.
All photos will be displayed on our bulletin board then 10 of the most original photos will be chosen and put on our website for the public to choose the winner. Contest ends September 10th.
