 Pegged Upper Right Lateral Incisor & Missing Upper Left Lateral Incisor This patient had a pegged upper right lateral incisor and a missing upper left lateral incisor with an anterior crossbite. Orthodontic treatment corrected the crossbite and adjusted the spaces to balance the size.
